About Orgonite:
Orgonite is a substance made of resin, metals and quartz that balances and harmonises bio-energy.

Why is my package undeliverable?
Incorrect Address: If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.
Illegible Shipping Label: In rare cases, it is possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process.
Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. If after three attempts the carrier determines that the package is undeliverable, the package will be returned to Us.
Refused by Recipient: If the recipient of the package refuses delivery, the package will be returned to us and determined undeliverable.
Return Policy
Returning an item:
Our Returns policy is applicable only if:
- The products were damaged when you got it delivered.
- You received a wrong item.
- You have a valid and genuine return reason.
How to Return?
If you wish to return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery. Unless you received a damaged product, the returned items:
- Should be in an undamaged and unused condition
- Should be returned in the original packaging
- Should be sent through a trusted and reliable courier
The shipping charges to return the items should be borne by the customers. We would not be responsible for any damages to the products while being returned.
If the products you have received are damaged or a wrong order, we offer a free replacement of the products that you had originally ordered. For all other returned items, we offer a store credit that you can use for purchasing other items from our store, within 60 days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
